Leo Schafer is the current Chairman and past President of the Las Vegas CEO-CFO Group and is on the advisory committee for the Las Vegas Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (past Board Member and also a Past President). Aside from his employment with Bank of Nevada, Leo owns a wholesale company and is the CFO for a privately-held, family company. His background has been all banking for the last 12 years, and he is currently VP Senior Lending Officer with Bank of Nevada Commercial Banking. Leo originally started with Colorado National Bank in Fraud Investigations while majoring in Chemistry and Bio-Chemistry in college. Leo later shifted employment to Wells Fargo Bank and then Bank of America, where he honed his skills in lending to the middle market business segment.
