In 1984 founder C.H. “Butch” Bouchard opened the doors of National Title Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. As Executive Vice President of Lawyers Title of Las Vegas for 20 years, Butch acquired Nevada Southern Title in order to fulfill the community’s need for a title and escrow agency that is a cut above the rest. His philosophy was to hire the very best people and allow them to service their clientele through teamwork and personal service. Butch knew that if he took care of the employees, his employees would extend the extra effort to take exceptional care of their customers.
Over the next 25 years our staff has applied these business principals and created a model for success. Many of our founding National Title staff members are still a part of the National Title family and have enjoyed our family environment for the better part of their careers. Our team has unparalleled experience, and family-styled camaraderie to provide customers with courteous and efficient service. This personal approach is rare in today’s corporate environment and has made National Title one of the top agencies in Clark County.

Tracy Bouchard - National Title Company
In 2004 ownership transitioned to Tracy R. Bouchard, National Title President and CEO. Tracy was raised in Las Vegas and graduate from Las Vegas High School. After high school and due to some health issues, Tracy immediately entered into the family business. Over the past 27 years, Tracy has been involved in all aspects of the business and is considered one of the top authorities in the industry.
During his tenure, Tracy has served on several different boards and has been involved in numerous charitable events. Together with the business philosophies passed down from his father, Tracy believes in locals doing business with locals by supporting businesses within our community. “I believe our biggest strengths is our human capital and our sense of community responsibility.”

With this feature, you may view any of the properties that have liens on them or are about to go up for sale. The tool also conveniently negates any properties that have been cancelled or postponed.
